Sticky and highly viscous liquids

Sticky and highly viscous liquids on evolutionary optimized surfaces (e.g. the sacred lotus) superhydrophobicity reaches as far as not even to allow honey or water-soluble liquid glue to stick to their surface, but to completely roll off the leaf.
